Er, well, what *can* they do? Other than the usual Customer Service schtick that most businesses employ? They could get into legal trouble if they were rude to their customers, no? Or just a bad business rap anyway.

Suddenly I'm thinking of that toy they used to make when I was a kid... Oh yeah. "Shrinky Dinks". Bwahahahaha! Shrinky Dinks! Boy, they advertised the hell out of those during Christmas shopping season. I remember my Mom got us some once. Her, my brother, and I painted them up and baked them. They were Christmassy ones. My Dad, being the sarcastic curmudgeon he was, never let us live down the name of them. It was "Shrinky Dink this, Shrinky Dink that!" for years. Then, I had to make them with my Cub Scout Den. Imagine a bunch of pre-pubescent boys finding out that they could toss around the words "Shrinky Dink", with impunity!  _____________________
