ok guys, this is getting scary. So I did some research, and found that in the New York Public Library's archives, in box 38 of the science an humaities archives,there are folders labled with the words "Minot" and "second life" The minot is folder 6, and the second life in folder 14. so if you add 6 and 14, you get 20 - so I looked at box 20, and the 38 (3+8 = 11) folder 20 was labled gould, stephen jay. Stephen Jay Gould died the day after he was supposed to speak at the Whitman College graduation ceremony in 2002.
