From: Pendari Lorentz I also really really love the photo on the "join" page for a lot of the same reason. (I don't know if that picture is Francis Chung or not.. but would have been my guess) https://secondlife.com/join/That's a picture of Ferran Brodsky wearing the Cyborg Suit that just recently sold out on limited edition. LOL.. I guess Jonq already mentioned that. I am grateful NOT to be a celebrity. I appreciate that Ferran catches most of the attention for our partnership. I am moderately social and love to be working on a project. If I had to handle that kind of IM load, and fly-by, I would become psychotic (or more so) and hide out on an alt somewhere. Fame.. them's that wants it.. can have it!!

Personally, I think that the lovely Laquita Maracas is far more representative of the everywoman than Aimee is (Aimee has limited street cred in the all important drag queen demographic, and we all know that if the drag queens don't imitate you, you should be worried). I think more opportunities for overshadowed gems such as Ms. Maracas to gleam in the spotlight is an important principle to pursue. Plus, I am just damn sick of Amy tauting us in that picture.

From: Aimee Weber I want to see Laquita Maracas and Lady Barnesworth fight to the death. Lady Barnes doesn't stand a chance. Odds are 5 to 1 currently.

From: Snowcrash Hoffman So if you label someone celebrity, then you can freely talk about them and start threads in their name (good or bad) and this does not violate the TOS? Well actually, IRL a public figure, such as a celebrity has less protection against libel and slander than a private citizen. And the test for who is a public figure is a multi-factor one. Aimee is a public figure, the original point of the thread was to find out what, in your opinion makes someone a celeb. And 2 to maybe find out other people who are SL celebs too. Then of course Aimee and I are going to found the Midnight City Sun as a Tabloid so we can spread gossip about everyone named in this thread (and put some sexy avi pick on page three of course!).

Perfect! Now all we need are the celbrities.
Or we could open an contest and give 100 lindens or somehtin to the best tabloid screen shot. and 500 lindens to the best three headed baby Avi.

I'd suggest that Torley was.. but hem's gone.
(Hem being the gender *encompasing* pronoun I invented).
