Since i'm surprised this thread hasn't started already, I guess it's up to me to start it.

What are you gonna do for the supposed 12 hours (more or less) that SL is gonna be offline on the 21st?

Me, i have to work at 1 pm est, so after i wake up, i'll check the forums, clean my apartment (which needs to be done), do some of my homework and head to work, to come home and hopefully play or ref a good game of laser tag.

What's everyone else going to be doing?

1.1 preview of course

Im gonna try to make a script that mimics the functionality of the bumper cars (in Luna) but with much less lag (hopefully).

I also want to play with searching for objects with the particle effects... I love imputting an actual key to have the particle effect follow... Lindens! Never remove this functionality

I hope my land in Dore is still there

Its gonna be crowded!!

But my version says the updater is broken, so it doesnt work.

I just hope they fix whatever it was that made me look different in the preview. just in case I packed a backup of my hairs/eyes/shape/skin away in a box (thanks to the advice of Taessa

)

I tried logging in at 7:45am and I could not get in! SL is my morning cup of coffee! I feel I may have to start a fight with one of my professors now, to break even with my unbalanced aggressive state of being! Witchcraft is involved--I lost 15 minutes of my SL! Hehehe...

Anyway...

For the next 12 hours I plan to do homework. It's about time.

Work. I'm working right now in fact, testing a safe browser for kids in K-12. Soon to be released to schools & parents. So far no pages in the forums have been blocked which is good I suppose

Well I'm at college. When I get home I'm going to work on my SQRL engine, since I've had so much fun scripting on SL I haven't worked on it in a while.

Then I'm going to go back to college to eat peoples brains and do extra work, then go home and by then SL should be working. If not, I'll eat some soup probably.

When SL is back up the first thing I'm going to do is check on my Drill. Who knows what horror the drill has wrought upon the face of subreality?

On the bright side it's almost ready for production and sale.

Love being on PST...

I work from 7:00AM - 4:30PM, so I'm out of my house from 6:20AM - 6:00PM. No SL withdrawls out of the ordinary for me!

Hope it's back up when I get home, or else it'll be Stargate SG1 time on DVD!! (8
