Hah, that made you look didn't it?

Actually, I think all these proposed changes will be very much for the good of SL. I can't help but be reminded of the furore surrounding the 1.2 changes; I was vehemently against them at the time, but time has proved Philip right and the rest of us wrong; not, I suspect, for the last time.

However.....however....

I really am leaving SL.

RL commitments have kind of overtaken me recently and I need to focus on what's really important in my first life.

I'll pop in briefly later today to say my farewells. To all my friends to whom I don't get a chance to say goodbye, I'd just like to thank you for your wonderful friendships - the most truly wonderful and lasting memory amongst so many in the journey of Secondlife.

I shall miss you all.

You are the first person I met in SL so long ago. You were out on newbie-help patrol. And I really needed it. You and Thunder helped me find my first plot of land in Aqua. Thank you and I wish you all the best.

P.S. - Keep the account open, you never know when you might get the itch to come back.

There is one big difference between the 1.2 change over and now. Our pay is being cut.

Viola I will miss you even though we rarely see each other anymore. You were my main building teacher when I started SL and I will never forget you!! If you ever have a chance to come back to SL, please do and be sure to say hi! Best wishes to you in all things! *HUGS*

Viola, you were one of the few Brits in SL when I started. I still fondly remember the Brits Tea Party after the 4th of July events (where Pituca and I met).

We will be sorry to see you leave. You represent all that is good in Sl so well.

Hmm, I tried to come in to say goodbye, but of course SL is down, so I'll try and pop in tomorrow around UK lunchtime-ish. I hope I can catch at least a few of you then.
