Seeing how many people are on the forums all the time, I wonder if putting in a java chatroom would be a possibility?

there is a chat already set up, here is a thread that details how to get in, either through java, or with a client program by shebang. when she gets done moving, she will set it back up on one of her machines, but for now we are using a free service. Come on in and join us!
