Cyclops has enough brothers. Marvel would probably have more compelling stories if they focused on good storytelling over expanding their already encyclopaedic collection of mutants.

I think a lot of people may have given up hope for getting Havoc 2, that might account for part of the lack of comment about it.

Plus, it's possible to talk about Havoc 2 without insulting other people, so that's another reason why it doesn't get much attention.

Thinking about Havoc 2 hurts because it hurts to be reminded that you were lied to by people you used to trust.

We know that we won't get Havoc 2 till Havoc 4 or 5 is out, and we wont get all the good parts of it at that, just a tiny part of will be put into use, and that part which is put into use won't work right.
