Calling faithful and dutiful wives a stepford wife is demoralizing to all women. It's great to live in a society where the whores get all the respect.  As a woman, let me say, no it isn't demoralizing to all women. Edited to add: What is demoralizing to all women is insinuating that if you aren't a meek and well-behaved wife you must be a whore. Certainly there's a happy medium. _____________________
