I think it's the pancreas but that may actually be under the left rib cage lowest point and not below. I'm note certain. The liver though is on the right side as is the appendix and gall bladder.

No, I dont have anything "missing" lol, but it does feel bruised, which could be from coughing for the past few weeks... I was just wondering if it was an important organ.. I hate doctors lol

Aye! Could be. I've had it happen to me. Hurts like hell.

Could also be just a bunch of sore muslces from all the coughing too.

You could have also hyperextended your ribs. I had a nasty case of bronchittis a few years ago and that happened to me.

My left leg is BELOW my left rib cage.

Seriously, most people who feel pain in that area suffer from some gastrointestinal problem, like irritable bowel syndrome or just gas. You bean having lots of baked beans lately? :)
