So what laws would you create or abolish if you owned a town?

I'd ban complainers.

I say that only [sort] of kidding, but the bottom line is that if people can't work a problem out with a mediator and a good fence - leave town, 'cause I'm not going to make a law to please you.

If you want a church build it but shut the hell up when Charlie builds his strip club - because that's fine with me too.

Want to sue someone - file it in some other town. If it isn't against a state or federal law it's ok in Roseville.

I'm SO SICK of people that have to make a new law just because of something that happened to them or one of their relatives.

So in my town, Roseville, I'd stay out of everyone's business, they would stay out of mine, if there were any differences of opinion people would either work it out, buy it out or leave town.

The only thing I'd consider banning or at least limiting the number of is kids. They’re a pain in the butt and everyone uses them to pass all these stupid laws. What ever happened to responsible parents who know where the hell their children are, what they watch, who they are with and whether or not they are playing with live weapons?

I'd make a law (and commission a weapon) that would vaporize small yapping dogs left outside in their owners backyards after 60 seconds of incessant barking.

I would keep bank robbery legal.

I'd let my kids be the town government because they have way better ideas about government and laws and making life fun, and they still believe things should be fair. The only law I'd make is: Mom gets to use the computer whenever she wants, wherever she wants, and she gets daily maid/chef service.
