For a humor kick, drop by a furry sim, there are a few, and flick on highlight transparent for fun!

Yaknow, I've seen that at non-fur clubs too...
There was also the rather... descriptive nipple ring a few of my friends and I saw at Lusk (a PG sim) on a human lady...

Furry Schmurry!

Free SL!

New Folks!

More Ways to Have Fun!

More Folks to Have Fun Together!

Oh, the shock and the horror of it all!

Folks might actually find the freedom to enjoy their 2nd Life as they want to have their SL, ALONGSIDE ... yes I know, it's shocking, OTHER folks having fun with the 2nd Life THEY want to have in SL.

And...

It's O.K.

Keep on signing up, Linden's'll make more sims!

Plenty O'room for the Furry, Bald, Winged, Fanged, Nakkers, Collared, Suit-N-Tied, Rainbow colored & even the WaterMeloned to share in close or not so close proximity the 1,000's upon 1,000's of square meters that make up SL.

Yep.

Panic Now
, Why Wait For Later When It's Only The Same Fun Madness?

A Diabolical Scheme.

I can just see Philip, sitting in his wall-less lair over in San Fran, rubbing his hands together cackling, as the n00bs flood the land.

Oh and a few so-and-so will prolly show up too, but if you use big words and ignore them, they'll go back to Karuna Plaza, safe from M sims and freedom of appearance, thought and gesture, where they'll feel safe until mummy comes downstairs w/their cocoa and cookies before bedtime, since tomorrow is a school day, gotta be sharp for Jr. High, esp. the second or third time around! :p

Okay, what's the correlation here? That "free" and "furry" both begin with "F" ?

I think the free accounts will let in more people.. period. Pick your poison. Furries, SA goons, dandy fops, fancy lads, riceboys with million dollar haircuts....

Really, Kujila; I've been in SL since 2003 - And you've been here since uh, according to your profile... last Wednesday?

as Frank Zappa would say, "Hows about we's have a test." You tally up your contributions to SL, and I'll do the same with mine. This weekend our "omg furry!" group, yes, our cheap asses, raised over $500 in real money for real people who are really dying because of the aftermath of a real storm. So the insinuation of cheapness is just a bit of a baseless insult.

To compare, and to allow you to assert your betterness and "enbiggenment", What did you do on SL this weekend? Did it involve dongs?

The whole 'OMG FURRIES!' thing is getting about as old as the "someone set us up the bomb" tired meme that you have in your profile. It's not funny anymore. Neither is "all your base are belong to us". I half expected to see a 'hamsterdance' reference as well, or a quote from Admiral Ackbar saying that "IT IS A TRAP".

Yes.

That's right.

zOMG!. Furries.

Welcome to SL. Enjoy your stay. I trust that it will be brief, and unbelievably cheap.

lol michi, don't take this person seriously. Either they are truly a bigoted jerk, or they are a troll.

I think Cris' humor and Torley's relentless happiness work well in response, if a response is necessary.

here's to more freedom!

And there is a problem with Furries because.......?

Did some TV show tell you that we are bad people or that we are strange and misfitish?

I am a furrie in SL because I can be and if those statistics that they spoon feed you about furries has you beleiving that we are mindless idiots then I shall prove you wrong.

Lemme see here what could be said about us.....
Living in Mommy's basement-so wrong many of us are in fact highly independent I for one own my own house and married to a wonderful lady.
Not very sociable except in their yiff parties-I would dare to say wrong again as many furries that I know talk mostly about real issues and *gasp* do change to human forms once in a while and actually know how to have non-sexualy related fun!
Not very Successful-hmmmm---I may not be as much so in SL but in RL I would say I am. If you are attributing success to accomplishments in SL then take a really close loo at those who are making something, I would dare to venture that a good handful of them has at least 1 furrie avatar (I know one that does, against TOS to say here).

Just because some fictional show like CSI paints something in a bad light and the internet which is full of truth *sarcasm* backs it up, it must be right! BZZZZZ wrong.

One other note, if being a furrie was so darned wrong, those making the avatars would have been out of business a long time ago. Go check out luskwood or do a search for furrie in find places, if it was so negative, how could they be so successful?

The only real trouble generated by furries is shedding.

If they have a fur color that contrasts sharply with the color of a sweater you are wearing, or if you have contrasting color tweedy fabric furniture, the shedding can be a problem. Duct tape can take of this problem.

Also swimming pool filters; the presence of many furries in the pool makes the rules about not wearing cutoffs seem a bit silly.

Well, there are also folks with allegies to animal dander. But that allows one to monetize the production and exchange of antihistamine primsules, so that works out alright too.

Umm, I just remembered they do tend to bring in dead mice and stuff as a gift instead of something nice like a bottle of wine.

My only problem with the anthromammalians is the deep-seated anti-cephalapodian bigotry subtly revealed in the reference to Admiral Ackbar above. Can't we all just get along?

It's extra special aggravating when a furry brings a dead mouse as a gift when they arrive at a gathering, and the mouse was also on the guest list.

Since one my dearest SL friends is a furry I refuse to feed into this anti-furry trollism <huggies Mysticfox>

Though I must say...

Wouldn't the overwhelming majority just use Furcadia?

Im glad Im not only one to know what that is hehe.

Oh SuezanneC..."The only real trouble generated by furries is shedding." Just do like I did and get satin sheets. Lot easier to shake the residual fur off.

Nothing wrong with cephalopods. As long as they don't stray into mature areas. ... I'm sure you can all imagine the scene when -that- happens. o_o

Hum, being an enterprising things creating newbie I actually wanna know more about this, since I wanted to develop body jewelry but wasn't sure how to do it without making them portrude through clothes. So yeah, anyone who wants to take this thread even further offtopic, explain to the newbie please? :p

Good news! one less furry in the world! I knocked this one off and dropped the crate to the bottom of the sea in a void sim. One down... an epidemic to go!
