I would be happy to oblidge you otherwise, except I'm afraid that you've asked me to prove a negative. I can't prove you don't listen, I can only show statements that reasonably suggests you do not. If you would like I can do this.

You can, however, provide proof of a double standard, since that is a positive-proof... All you have to do is show one case where I demand others act in a way different than myself. You didn't actually name the double standard I was supposedly preaching, so you have the entire playground of my myriad thoughts given digital form to play with.
