Mimi, they already have all kinds of things that keep 13 year olds from getting pregnant. They are called condoms, both male and female. The device we are describing here is just a more vicious version of the female condom. The more benign version is already available and widely distributed. 13 year olds have been having sex for a long time... This item is neither going to stop them nor is it going to encourage them. It MIGHT prevent a 13 year old girl from getting molested, though. Or raped in an alleyway. And I am all for removing from the gene-pool those elements that would engage such behaviors. I think shredding a mans generative organs is a good way to do just that. It may be a bit Draconian, but I would like to see it bew a bit MORE aggressive. Not necessarily to hamburger a dick, since the dentata might be abused in fashions already described by unbalanced women (And men, Hank...think about it.), but definitely to have backbarbs on the barbs that would make surgery absolutely essential to removing the device. Then there would be no home surgery to remove this, you would HAVE to go to the hospital.

wait a minute--this thing is real?! you've got to be kidding me. anyone in their right mind would buy a taser before inserting some foreign thing that could potentially hurt some reproductive organs. i mean jesus. don't even let the guy rip your clothes off, tase him in the nuts and be on your way!
