how many resmods does it take to screw in a lightbulb?

Nobody knows. They just lock all of the threads about lightbulbs.

Is the bare bulb casting harsh light unto any particular person? 'Cause that would be bad. Just for general lighting, it can be done with a 24-hour turnaround. Otherwise, it will have to be quarantined in a back room until the Bulb Overseeing Authority can take a glance at it.
