What is with the huge red eyesore GUIDELINES bit now!
No-ones gunna read them just cos you made the bloody font hard to read and bigger! Mind you... It IS a big red font! But gah, it's making my eyes go all weird! THANKS! _____________________

I also think it's in the wrong place. Everything else in that top bar is navigation to an 'action'. And then there is that - which, apart from the font looking hideous, particularly against a dark blue background, screws up the 'please read before posting' so its lower than the rest of the line, which makes it uglier still.
Personally I think it should be on an entirely seperate line in the header. _____________________
