there is no middle ground Of course there is. There are many more moving parts than what your "war for profit" analysis presents. The current administration is as corrupt as the ones that went before and the ones that will follow. _____________________

There is a propensity on the forums to distill every complex concept into a nice quotable "forum-bite". This doesn't always serve the topic well. agreed, but as my post above illustrated, how can you summarize the events of the Spanish-American War and how they relate to the current taming of the yellow ribbon soccor mom/NASCAR dads and the invocation of 9/11 and terror on anything by the current administration without getting into the nuances of the Spanish-American War besies saying "Remember the Maine!" and hoping people know some history there is no other way to debate complex issues without going off topic so brevity is used to make my points about public sentiment and rallying cries without over explaining indirect analogies i must say the format is much better than trying to see what your president is doing simply by watching the news _____________________

The current administration is as corrupt as the ones that went before and the ones that will follow. i think they are much more corrupt and i am not saying previous presidents were saints either contrary to popular belief, I do not neccesarily like democrats and Gabe, as over simplified the war for profit scenerio, is there any specific part of that general assemssment that you disagree with, or are you just saying the web is more complex with more tentacles than I have acknowledged? _____________________

Actually, having your ass jump my shit everytime I post something in that condescending, yet not supported by facts tone you take was offending me. So rather than let you get to me, I pretended you were a kitten and I had a ball of wool See, I can hold the ball of wool above the kittens head, and dangle it so the kitten launches up batting at the ball, trying its hardest to get the ball of wool but when the kitten launches, I move the ball, and little kitten falls right on its little face the kitten actually thought it could get the wool but there I was, always holding the ball just out of reach so keep batting kitty! you will get that ball of wool eventually  I'll freely admit I have a temper.
