Dear Mr. or Mrs. Aimee,

Allow me to introduce myself, I am Amy Weebler. It is clear to me that you do not know who I am, as you have obviously omitted me from your list!

While I care not one whit about your juvenile list, I am incensed that you have seen fit to omit me! Might I be so bold as to inform you that your list is completely irrelevant and unworthy of any note, attention, or focus whatsoever … which is precisely why I have prepared my lengthy rebuttal and intend to address your list at length. Your list not only makes YOU look silly, it makes EVERYBODY look silly. In fact the only way we can restore our own dignity from this vulgar assessment is to clamor and wail!

Your opinions on these matters are no more important than ANY OTHER USER, and as such, should not be stated, published, or transmitted in any way. It is clear to me that you are using the highly volatile disposition and precarious sense of self worth of the Second Life population to gain attention through the light of controversy. As such, I sincerely hope as many residents show their displeasure by way of voluminous comments on the subject, and repeated visits to your blog to keep a watchful eye on you.

My list of ten residents is forthcoming, but I'm waiting for a book deal first.

I've only met a couple of these people, or seen them on the boards. Most of them are cool.

I just want to complain that Aimee Weber is not on your list, and she should be on evryone's list. Therefore this list is invalid, and furthermore, by not including all teh residents of SL on this list, you have made the forums unsiglty and decreased the value of all posts. Clearly this is post extortion and I call for the lindens to do somethig about this or I will post-down. Post extortion is a terrible things and will ruin second life, and chase away new users.

Also post extortion puts more money on the lindex as people need to sell linden to pay the exhorbitant about you want to remove this unsightly post, even though you claim you are not selling this post. This influx of cash on the market will drive the exchange rate down, bankrupt linden labs and ruin SL for everyone.

Plus, any list that does not include Nimrod Yaffle and qDot Bunnyhug is meaningless.

I completely agree that this "Aimee" person should not be on the list. Even though her city build is uber creative, ingenious and beautiful and that stores are successful and the magnitude of her personality is unmatched you must have recognized that she is... errr... it... um... she... ummm... oh never mind.

Well my complaint is that Aimee is not on the list. Thus the list is invalid.

I can only say that I think Aimee's list of 10 residents has clearly been very carefully considered, and each one of those 10 residents fully deserves to appear on a list of ten
residents of Second Life.

Each has clearly satisfied the criteria chosen by Aimee and their inclusion is only right.

In short, I can only second your statement (minus irony, of course)...

We have to make an impact on the wora'uld to make these lists. Your sheep has certainly made an impact on Fate Gardens. It's always eating the bottoms off of trees and forcing me to replant.

I know he's in SL somewhere, and his greatness effectively takes up at least 6 out of the 10 top spots.
