Discuss... Kinda difficult when I can't see anything, and as you aren't naming anyone for us to look out for, which to me seems to suggest that your entire reason for posting is to have a dig at someone. Over 20 reads, and mine is the only response so far. Seems to me like you're inventing something for the purpose of drama. Could you kindly prove me wrong and clarify? Lewis _____________________

I'm pretty sure they meant what they said because I was there when the whole thing blew up into a free-for-all shouting match. That the Lindens just stood by and let it happen was amazing enough. Now to find out that one of the participants is married to a Linden truly boggles the mind.
At the very least, one would expect the resident perp to sell the land and retire to a hidden private estate for a few months. That seemed to cool things off and make everybody happen last time something like this happened. Still, the fact that their partner has applied to be a forum moderator is a seperate issue. Why shouldn't coffee be creamy brown in the morning and bright blue in the afternoon. We really can have it both ways if people will just calm down and cooperate. Of course it requires that the people at LL stay out of the way too and let us do this under the pretense that it's "our world." _____________________

Lewis Well DUH - that would be 'naming names' and against the TOS. Actually what I'm saing is that people are inventing things for the purposes of drama so they can show how 'insightful they are' to the powers that be.. For the purposes of making them appear more attractive for the position. Meep as per usual - 3 sims away from the point. Another way of putting it: Wow noticed the drama going around? _____________________

Can I just be disgusted? Or do I really have to discuss? This whole idea makes my digestion an issue. Although popped corn isnt' that hard to digest when I'm disgusted about having to discuss it becomes difficult.

Now to find out that one of the participants is married to a Linden truly boggles the mind. What I found astounding was that this same person has be banned not only in SL but also other online worlds as well for cybering with minors. AND, and I heard this from a very unreliable source, so it must be true, they have also been romantically involved with Billy Bob Thorton and Bea Arthur. _____________________

...they have also been romantically involved with Billy Bob Thorton and Bea Arthur. I'm parlaying that thought into my midnight romantic rendezvous...with myself. _____________________

Moved to Off-Topic. " General (17 Viewing) Discuss your ideas and observations about SL " " Off-Topic (1 Viewing) Discuss your ideas and observations about the real world " It's an observation about Second Life. Meh. I'll be sure to post my next thread on building in land and the economy. Wonder how bad things will be once 'Res-oraters' are recruited. _____________________

Does this thread count? Does it name names? or did I? Newp. Certainly no more than the 'Recently recruited Linden had a partner' thread did. _____________________

I'm pretty sure they meant what they said because I was there when the whole thing blew up into a free-for-all shouting match.. WTF? I have no idea what you're talking about. I was commenting on how many 'deep and meaningfully insightful' threads (I say that with a heavy clout of sarcasm) directly after the 'Res-erator' announcement. _____________________
