Trying to Log in for the past hour...

I been trying to log in for the past hour, I know that some regions are being rebooted..does it take an hour to log in?

I'm having the same problem.

anyone have any answers why some of us cna't lo gin?

They posted they are having db problems.

I looked in announcements, and they make it sound like the problems were earlier, but I can't get in now also.

Some of the sims seem hung. I'm standing in the Ahern Welcome Area unable to move or do anything.

yeah from what I gather the problems where around 11am EST..its now almost 8pm EST..

yeah its weird i was on before i was playin perfectly fine and now it wont let me log in it keeps getting stuck at the part saying Logging in

I've bene trying since around 3:00pm SLT and still not able to get in... What is going on with this, there seems to have been alot of this lately.

Wish some attention would be given to reliability and not so much on KEWL new features. Don't like as many outtages as we seem to have seen in the last few days.

I was suppose to be in a meeting right now.. but oh well .. why does this always happen all of a sudden?

I was in game until about 15 minutes ago - then lost control flying, flew off world and crashed. Can't log back in.

Prior to this there were several blue boxes about 'problems'. Assumed the AssHat server was having the vapours as usual. But it may be more serious...

So is it some sort of person hacking Second Life or something?

Sighs i agree i dont give a shit for these new features if its gonna be like this every day well ok ok lets be fair 4/7 days a week!!

I've only been on second life like a week, are these sort of problems common?

They had another rolling update as they had announced already in forums. But no real mention of why there are login problems. Usually there is always login problems after a mass update like this, but not for THIS long. And barely an acknowledgement from the lindens that there is a problem right now.

AI...hehe i love to build love new stuff but if i am going to be locked out of a game i spend 200 us dollars for every mounth whats the point???

They are suffering from Database issues at this time. *gah* And this was with me making burnt offerings of Peep Bunnies for whatever sugar starved diety wanted to 'help' get me back on SL!

well this sucks alot because people dont have all day to wait for it to go back on..

ive been unable to log in now for four hours - in that time i tried americas army (ended up in prison for throwing shock grenade at the sarge) - made some cool hair on preview - cooked - watched prison break - retrying all the time between (yes i have deleted and reloaded the software incase)

as much as preiveiw is nice to mess around in, ive got work to do in sl - can i be let back in please?

well we can't do anything their having somehow .. problems.

LL is fixing some Database issues, so it will be online and then offline, then online back again for probably a few days while the issue is being solved. Seems that some people that is already logged in will stay that way, as it seems that only login attempts are being blocked while in maintenance. Bad thing is that even the foruns and scriopt wiki if off while the grid is off

I can understand problems with the grid or network..

But I don't understand the lack of information, I'm very disappointed that we aren't getting many answers at this point in time..and its been two hours now.
