My question about the dwell bug made it into the second town hall. I am impressed that it was asked as I am sure there were many other questions and Haney could have skipped over it.

krashen Byrne: Several sims have been hit by a dwell wipe bug in the last few weeks. Can you update us on what is being done?
Philip Linden: Honestly I've been so busy on the funding side I don't know status on that.


I understand it is not Philip's job to keep track of every bug, but this one has hurt many people throughout SL and in his own words from the town hall "Bug fixing most important." 3 more people IM'd me after I asked my question stating their dwell had also been wiped repeatedly. Most residents don't care or don't check their dwell so I expect this is even more widespread than it is realized. Philip said to email him. But, I don't want to waste his time if other staff can tell us the status of this bug. Anything new?

Centre Ville has been stable the last 5 days. Mae Best is still having problems with Montmartre. We are both keeping visitor logs. I hope we can close this case soon!
