disappearing HUDs (etc.?)

So far I've been the lucky one, and lost hardly anything from my inventory, and the one expensive thing that couldn't be rezzed, can be rezzed now (pfew) BUT:

I lost my ZHAO HUD, when I put an other HUD on the ZHAO position, it went gone. Not only did it not return to my inventory, the animations inside has disappeared too. Now I had all my notecards and (no-copy) animations in one folder as back-up, but I discovered half of the anims in the folder have disappeared with the ZHAO. (Damaga: approx L$400 loss, bought them few months back so the creator will most likely not be able to retrace the purchase, though some anims I can't even retrace myself!)

I remember having two radar HUDs too, which I checked out too and one of them is missing too, though I might've deleted it myself (freebies) so I'll stick to the ZHAO-problem.

Maybe someone else has experienced loss when a HUD got (re)moved/replaced.

To Linden Labs: please works on your servers, if it isn't those eternal bugs messing up *something* it's the servers, especially the asset server problems limit the use of SL. (I am talking textures and scripts that won't open and objects that won't rezz).
