Copybot security spamming, is there a solution?

Someone near my shop (DKs) in milyang started running one of those copybot security systems that does nothing but lag and spam everyone. Every few seconds it spams out "COPYBOT SECURITY SYSTEM (IM's once only - Take a copy of me!)" Do people honestly still not know that these things don't work? I've tried to im and or send a notecard to the neighbors surrounding me but its done no good. Yes, I know that I can mute it, but that does no good when all my customers are being spammed every second. I had several shoppers today, then suddenly I had none, with a few im's complaining to me. But there's nothing I can do. Anyone got any other ideas??
