How do I do that? Just leave a comment on the ticket? Or file another one?
Comment first............maybe another ticket referring to the first about Monday if you haven't heard back. I'd be persistant but not demanding........a little more sugar than vinegar, so to speak.
They are human, they have to prioritize with as much intuition as they have..............I'm sure they are ot singling anyone out for delaying the response. But by gently (or as diplomatically as possible) letting them know you really are wanting the problem resolved but are somewhat understanding that they are busy might get you a little more action.........So many people scream loudly too quickly. If it goes more than a week I'm afraid I'd be one of those screamers.........but not yet.
