i send a ticket...but now is weekend in germany and i would have time...and then somthing like tihs....

i pay each day 30 us dollar to linden...(3 sims)..and have no fun and cant work

have someone a godd idea???

I locked out, all in order...(since like 300 times before) NOTHING CHANGED by me

i have No wlan, i have nothing change, and then this...what happend here?????

It cant be that no linden will help us, or??

I have the same prob, and seems a few more, put SL off last night all was fine this morning i gat the same shit and cant connect, nothing changed or whatever, but can connect with my laptop and W-lan…then just how it runs…lol…well cant fill out a ticked no premium yet but just right now looking for land with my partner and wonted to become premium but then just look at my threats.. iff I would pay then 40US a month and gat fucked up like this all the time…

You CAN fill out a ticket as basic member!

But you have to use the "Special questions - basic account and guest logins" ticket type.

Interesting. I had this last night, glad to know its not just me.

And yes, I am in Germany.

Oh and btw, its not the account, its the computer. Your account will get on from another computer just fine. I have more than one computer, and I was able to access with the second. Both work now... I wonder what happened.

Had the same problem today. It took me about 6 hours, 1 ticket and 2 support chats to actually get it solves. The support guy told me it would have been "technical problems". Now thats something new....

So if youre still having issues its probably really best to nag the hell out of them till they actually check your account.

I would like to nag the hell out of them Monica, but sadly with a basic account and only able to write a ticket over special questions and then wait that the Lindens are so sweet to look at it there is not much to do then to wait.

But I am asking me slowly why it takes so long. First I thought the thing that I am in Germany and the time is different could be the reason but slowly I am getting angry and asking me if they do a BBQ and think to check the tickets will have time till Monday.

*grumbles* Well hopefully they wake up till Monday

Same problem here... and it doesnt help to have a premium account either... I do and i posted 2 tickets and am waiting now for about 10 hours... nothing happens.
And yes, I am also in Germany and it seems the problem is widely spread there. But why the hell dont those Linden technicals answer. I could even live with an answer, saying it will take a time, o something. But nothing? That is annoying and stupid and gets me angry and makes me think if I shouldnt better spend my money in something else and downgrade my account again.
For I do think it is matter of good business and just common politeness to at least let the people know SOMETHING!!!!

nice for you Hannibal but I am still waiting to get my access back and this shit let me lost a shop as the owner where not amused about my stepping in probs and sent me all my stuff back. Well no shops on this place in future, if I ever be able to get back into SL.

I made it!!!!!
they declared my pc oficially as not guilty, answered my ticket and all runs smooth.
still i am quite pissed off (sorry), because there was no explanation whatsoeveer! and i still do have the feeling as if it was/is just one of those LindenLab-problems...

congrats lucky one. I am still out and with no respond to my ticket *frowns* Asking me when my pc will be back into SL successfully *sighs* Sorry but it sucks and I am pissed!!!
