I am Really Really Sorry if any one Take offence to this but Kids need to be banned form the game Period !

I know i was when i landed in Peri they take 9-11 as a Joke and I don't think its funny when 2,250 people Die including Children

I received a message stating that they are investigating my abuse report, but still not a single response...

Why can't they just blacklist this guy like they did the one from earlier? Earlier they got it much faster and without as much fuss.

Earlier it was business hours and most of the LL staff was on call. Now it's 8pm PST and most of the staff on hand is at home enjoying dinner or a shot of something stiff so they can sleep and face us again in the morning. >

I think it'd be easier to just filter out IP ranges at this time for those offending and allow IP addresses on a per client basis if anyone legit should happen to be in that range.

The reason they can't ban them is that the banning techniques aren't working - the group doing the raiding is using a special anonymizing client that hides their hardware information so they can't be hardware banned, and proxies that hide their true IP address so they can't be IP banned.

The software is called "ShoopedLife", and its author, who goes by the handle "N3X15" on the Internet at large, is leader of the predominantly underage griefing group that uses it. If it weren't for this one man (he himself is not underage) these grid attacks would not be occurring.
