You All At Linden Labs Say That The Grid Will Go Down For The Update At 4am Game Time... Which Happens To Be The Same Time Zone Im In Oregon.... According To My Clock In Game And Pc.... Its Only 1:40am...... If You All Are Gonna Drop The Grid On Such Short Extreme (no Notice) Why Not Give Residents A Chance To Logout Or Maybe Clean Up Things At A Sandbox Or Pick Up What They Are Working On So The Chance Of Getting Wiped Doesnt Happen..... I Just Feel That Being A Paying Resident And Stating That You Are Going To Drop The Grid At A Specific Time And Then Dropping It Earlier Without Notice Just Blows Imo..... Btw Sorry For Posting In The Wrong Topic But I Just Wanted To Give A Shout To Lindens Labs For The Timely Notice They Gave Everyone.

After spending the last hour trying to login i succeeded... and once being in the game i see no reason to kick me.... do i require the login server constantly while in game? i dont think that would sound logical do you? i would think i need it once to login and once to logout.... other then dropping my connection or whatever else might occur.... but to be using the login server constantly while in game doesnt fly.

I vote they make a secondary grid for when they update..just a single sim so we can all stand around init a go tch tch at those nasty Lindens.
Update time bites into Aussie game time....again....oh well guess i could umm go to bed instead. |
