Hello. I recently got a new router, and within that day I started to have connection issues. It happened to be on the day before 1.8 was deployed, but i dont know what to do. I have never had a problem with SL until this day. I have know about the port issues on multiple pc's but that never was an issue with my home network system. When I log in, either I can move and have no resolution are barely any at all, or I log in I can move and function for 5 min, maybe more, but if I do locate someone on the grid the second i close out the map i freeze up. Then it takes me 5-15 tries to get back online. do you think this is a router issue, a video card issue, a port issue, or a sl issue, i have no idea but never had one problem till that comcast guy switched my router, now i am just freaking out, its sooo annoying...

You might have a better chance at getting a response if you post this in the Technical Issues forum, Hingabe. The political science forum has arguments about SL governments, and that kinda thing. Hope you get that problem resolved; it sure sounds annoying.

...hingabe, this is a known bug introduced way back with the 1.7 update, which linden labs has yet to address...if you'd like to follow or add to the discussion under the technical issues forum, follow either of the links below...
