Ok since the last update I still haven't seen a fix on offline IM's being sent to me when I'm offline. In other words, if you send me an instant message in world when im not there, I never see it when I log on, hence I never knew it was even there.
Very huge problem for those of us who have businesses in world and want to have good customer service. SL needs to fix this ASAP!!!!!
I'm just wondering if this is still an issue with most?

Yes it is well known, and it seems to be intermittent. But no fix yet (I don't think they even have a clue what is causing it). Check this thread:

One particular "flavor" of this we do know very well and which is important to fix is the following:
Send a friend (who has IM-to-email on) an IM while they are teleporting. They'll get it as if they were offline, in their email box. It appears if you have Show Online Friend Notifications checked on in Preferences > General, you may also see erroneous online/offline status messages as you IM a friend who's TPing around.It's listed as a Known Issue: * IM goes to email if recipient is teleporting This sound familiar to anyone else? _____________________
