Hm.. Look at this pic, the left inset is the one my friend took from his machine, and the right one is the one I took from my machine.

I have an Nvidia card GeForce FX 5600
The other person had an IntelExtreme card..
Hmm... looks like now Intel cards are better ARGGGHHH choking
Before I get any un-necessary comments, I am talking about sitting position OK!!! not the other things controlled by graphics settings or debug menu tweaks. Right, hope I got that out of the way LOL...

My card is an Intel Extreme Graphics 2 and would look more like yours does. There isn't too much difference; it all seems to be in the viewing angle.

Your friend has ground textures on (and possibly a greater draw distance?) but I doubt that makes any difference either.

Hmm.... I know I know, was talking about sitting posn.. I am a little familiar with the various configurations and effects LOL Let me specify a little more my dear. On my friends, machine my avatar's ass sits squarely on the chair. On my machine, my avatar's ass does not coincide with the surface of my chair. In fact, its round parts are sustained by thin air. Is that clear enough?

I got a funny screenshot of my friend Lucah' human avatar , her eyes where all crooked crosseyed for me, not on her screen, sure was on mine :p

Question is...If this has been happening since the 1.7 update...why hasnt it been addressed? And not a peep about it from Linden Labs, other than a few Lindens acknowledging it exists. And how many updates/patches have we had since then?
Can we get a lil info here pleeeease?

I hate to bitch..but this is very prevasive. My legs are getting tired!
