Linden Lab is currently at UTC-8 until 1000 UTC on Sunday 2-April-2006 at which point they will become UTC-7.

Fortunately, Linden Lab's offices will be closed at that time, thus saving you some confusion.

With that minor exception (and the fact that the state of Arizona is currently UTC-7 and will remain so all year) everything else Travis said was spot on (did I translate that idiom to British properly?).
