Thanks for checking for me. I had already updatd to the 1011 BIOS for another progam so she could get voice chat to work. So, in theory, the BIOS is good to go.

Once I am out of ideas on what to try next. It's been days since my last email to tech support and no answer. I asked them if SL has issues with the ALiMAGiK chipset on an ASUS motherboard. Has anyone ever heard of any conflicts with this chipset and SL?
