Problems loggin in

I got into WEAPONS TESTING SIM, and crashed. I cant log in now , because it says that
system is logging me out now. It's over 20 minutes now and i still cant log in... Whats going on ?

This! is getting VERY annoying! And not a first time too...

Same problem!. "You're logging out right now, blah blah blah..." wait, try again .... same message...over and over again.

I'm having the exact same thing happen to me.

i also just had this happen to me as well i came here to rant you beat me to it lol, anyway this feature i do not like at all i crash alot in game and its very frustrating when im in the middle of something important with my business that i have to relog or crash and then have to wait 5-20 mins for the system to log me out so i can get back in.

I think I'm banned.

....Been what ... about 2 hours now? .... Still can not get in. How bout a little info?!?

yep, deffinetly banned, because every time I log in the timer just goes up.

Why would we be banned, I know I did nothing wrong, I was laging in the weapon testing sandbox then I decided to log out and teleport to my home location but then kept getting the server logging my account out, I hope someone tells us whats up.

hah, yea that would be a good question if we was,.. why ... i wasn't doing anything but making hair talkin with a friend 0.o

The only reason I think the timer thingy is going up for me is because my accont is... Permanantly Banned

The exact same thing is happening to me. I logged out to see if a relog would make my change of clothes rez faster. Instead, I get that message. I logged in with an alternate account, to see my main just standing about.

I really wish a Linden would respond on this issue. It probably wouldn't bother people so much if they'd tell us why things like this happen. If it were a legitimate reason (login server maintenence, a random bug) then I'd be a lot less upset in waiting.

Of course, given what I saw, perhaps a linden could use their uberpowers to boot our avatars from the grid, effectively logging us off, so we can relog.

I cant log back in either, and I had just went back to the weapons test sim before this happened... It just keeps going up on the timer and always says still logging out

EDIT - And I should add, its been about 2 hours yeah that this has been stuck... A Linden helping out and booting us would be great! I already sent an email to support...

If I am not banned than how come the timer is going up every so often?

Because it is stuck thinking it is still logging you out, yet, we are in fact not on... So it adds a few more minutes to tell you to wait for your avi to get booted, but they arent getting booted is the problem it seems.

Are they trying to lose customers here?

Has anyone tried using an alt or asking a friend to ask Live Help if anyone is available to help us on this? There seems to be alot of people stuck, mebbe a sim reset or something is in order? If they need just refer them to this message on their own board for some of the people being affected...

Well its been an hour and a half for me and its only going up :/ wish someone would solve this

I can log on now. I think this is connected to something. Attachments and clothing have been slow lately. Very slow. Coincidentally, this problem has reared its head about the same time (it's happened to me several times before.)

I think that whatevers causing the slowdowns on clothing and attachments may be affacting the login server. You request a logout, the client closes, but the logout's request TTL expires in whatever traffic is choking the server, and the av stays connected until it times out and is autodisconnected by the login server.

Just a theory though.
