Anyone having problems logging in? 1/1/07 7pm SL time?

Wheather its worth staying up or go to bed?

Ahem...Time To Buy Better Servers and use the current ones as back ups because they seem to be overloading an awful lot lately..

Too early for bed but my screen says closed for maintenance and only SL staff are allowed on. What di they do when they come on to SL - nose around in our homes? Or sweep the streets? Maybe collect all the trash? Can they fix my door for me?

im glad SL usually go down these hours im spose to be sleeping anyway...urrr... wait why am i still up >.<

no loggin here either how ever mine isn't even loading the browser. basically just freezes up. unistalled and tried again. Does this have anything to do with hy the grid was down?

Not exactly sure what is wrong but quite a few times throughout a day I will log on and shortly there after I freeze in world at which time I have to relog. In my attempts to relog nothing happens ...what I mean is the front page does not load..says varifying protocol and doesn/t go any further til saying there is a prob in which time the old SL front page of program shows up..no population or blog..nothing..takes me hours to relog into SL as well as the website..when I click help after failure to log in all options that might be wrong with connections n such are no problems for me..I can log into all other websites..firewall is not an issue..and anywhere from 2 hours to 3 hours later I can log in again for a short time..this is one of those times..been happening to me for a few days.. restart comp..clear cache (which I do everytime i log in)..scan for virus'..nothing is working!

Can someone fix this or at least tell me why it is doing it?? Thanks in advance for any help )

Sl is not down for maintainance or upgrade WHat the heck is going on with it????ok hopefully be here for a few but never know prolly freeze again..and it's not crash..no crash log pop up or anything..just doesn't let me get back on no matter what I do...*sigh*

I still can't log in. Hangs at "connecting to region." No "despite our best efforts" notice, no "this program is not responding." It just hangs.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache, rebooted, etc.

No luck. Can't get through to customer service by phone. Left message yesterday.
