I heard there was recently a update where people even with weaker graphic cards such as Intel were able to play second life without a problem is there anyway we could fix the update where everyone could play including the people with intel

Yes, according to Chris Linden's post in the Announcements forum, the Lindens are releasing 1.6 on Wednesday, complete with code that turns off some of the features that Intel Graphics drivers don't support. I'm not totally clear on which cards will actually be supported, but it's probable that yours will be.
