ok, i think everyone has seen animated pics from movies cartoons or even the eyes on most furry avatars and i know there is a site out there where u upload a gif and it makes it into a targa and gives u the script to use to animate the gif in SL but i lost my bookmark and idk where to look.. someone know? please help.
