Put me on that list... still Service Unavailable, 16 minutes after its "fixed"...

I just logged in after reading the all fixed message on the blog. I hate to break it to you Linden Labs, but it's NOT all clear! Search is still down for me. Please fix it before you say it's fixed.

Edit: To clarify, Places and Group search is still down.

Linden blog says searches for groups and places are re-enabled. They are not. When I try, it returns "service unavailable". ????

OMG wake up LINDEN! Before sending a message inworld too... check your stuff! IT IS NOT restored. OMG. Unbelievable.

AND PLS DON'T SAY TO CLEAR CACHE AGAIN I DO IT EACH TIME YOU SAY THAT ITS FIXED.... And I also relogged again!

Still nothing more at the blog wow thanks linden... so you seriously think that all is ok now? Can't you say something?

I wish SL could just stay up for a couple weeks without something like this happening. My girlfriend tried to rez her AO last night, it failed, and now it's just gone. (Yes, cleared cached, relogged, etc.) I've filed two bug reports about some scripts I've written that just say "Script is missing from the database" when I try to open them, one in June and one in July, with no response. I've pretty much accepted that I'll never get them back, they're nothing that I can't rewrite in a couple hours, but it still irks the hell out of me. I've been meaning to create a couple of new ideas I've had, but I just can't justify developing for such an unstable platform. Even my existing product isn't safe. Since embedded notecards are buggy now, I get lots of IMs about people unable to access their instructions because of a permission error. It's kind of depressing that I can't rely on SL for anything serious.

I lost my favorite cuddle cushion... it was really a nice one and I could build one like that but that one was special to me. Damn (((

I tried rezzing it last night and it would not work. Today I wanted to try again... but it's not in my inventory anymore ((

did you do it during last night's problems? databases arent writing right now or last night, therefore when you pllaced it, it failed to write its position in the database, if it was no-copy, it removed its database entry in your inventory, while it tried to write its position in the sim, usually if this fails it rewrites it back in your inventory, since it wasnt writing properly, it got lost in never never land

And im sick and tired of having to take the blame, fault, and then fix the problem for things out of my control.

I tend to be very helpful when customers have missing items, but it should not be going on this long.

Ok what i did instead was build a sold computer with componts that can make it though the worse lag conditions and other issues. So Fine I did my share. But this CRAP these two days IS LLABD FAULT AND ITS ABOUT F@@@@@@ TIME They take notices for their own screwups! How long are people going to stand for it? I not sure but when i was hatched Oct 2004...........population was 30,000. How many are left from the period of history and before. I bet less then 6,000 ( and 50% being alts of the first ). I like to see the statas from the how many avies are left from any given time frame/and or period? Anyone have any statas on this?
