Looking for tutorials for GIMP to create clothes

I know this has probably been asked a zillion times, but can someone tell me where I can find tutorials on how to make clothes for SL in GIMP? or PSP7 I also have PS but am not familar how to use that program as well. Please send me an IM or leave a notecard even if I am offline since I have troubles finding my post after so long lol
