texture bug - please help!!

ok so i'm a little irritated that no one can seem to help me. ive even tried to contect SL support and they wont get back to me.

so heres my issue. hopfully someone here can help me.

When i go into appearence and try to creat a new shirt, pants, whatever... i cant adjuct the settings.. my shirt or pants completely cover my body hands and feet and i cant change the setings to fix it. PLEASE help!! i havent been able to chnage my cloths in 3 weeks now all my cloths have built in socks and gloves (grrr)

if anyone knows how to fix this ill love you forEVER!!

It's a few threads down, but basically you may be having the same problem with your graphics card.

If you go to, Advanced/Rendering/Features/uncheck pallitized textures worked like a charm for me (Thanks Earth Metall for finding this fix)

I can't for the life of me remeber the command to make that dropdown menu visable =/

Ctrl-Alt-D toggles the Advanced menu on or off. It will be at the top of your screen, just to the right of the Help menu. On some machines, you may have to type Shift-Ctrl-Alt-D.

Added in edit: "D" is the letter D, not Delete
