So I'm trying to change the interior wall textures of a freebie house. When I select a section and apply the texture, the exterior changes as well. I now this can be done somehow. Can any one point me in the right direction?
Thanks

Hi Thorn You must use the "Select Texture" option in the edit dialog and then click on the surface you wish to change. You can multi-select several surfaces if you wish. If the prim you are changing has been hollowed or cut, there are times when selecting a single surface can seem to change more than than one surface. It takes a bit of practice and experimenting to learn how to best apply textures. If you need help, please feel free to IM me in-world. I would be happy to show you. Good luck Thorn!

Use the select texture check box

Using select texture will allow you to select one side of a prim to texture. On a hollow prim using select texture on the hollowed area will put the texture completely around the inside. No way that I can see to change that. Just play around with it and you'll get the hang of it.
