Hmm was under impression that no matter what textures you use for your avatar skin and outfit, in the end they all wind up flattened down and scaled up/down to form a set of 3x 512x512 temporary textures... meaning it doesn't really matter much how large the source textures are, since the server combines them into that 'flat' set everyone then downloads when they see you.

Textures on prim jewellry and hair and shoes etc on the other hand do affect others with their size directly, since that's what they have to download...

Marianne, two years ago when this thread was started, it was possible to attach images and other files to posts. LL eventually revoked that privilidge because it was too much of a strain on the database. All pre-existing attachments at that time were purged from the system. As it stands right now, the only forum that allows attachments is the Gallery.

Anyway, if you're looking for a female underwear alpha, here's the UUID for one you can use: 16c90d7d-ccff-518a-665d-41149f0e3447. It's very similar to the one that was originally mentioned in this thread.

EDIT: Looks like just giving out the UUID to people wasn't as effective as I'd hoped as mechanism for sharing. So, I've now uploaded the image to ImageShack. See Post 31 of this thread for details.

Sorry, I thought you could script an object to dispense a full perms texture with just the UUID, but apparently you can't. Here's a couple copies I've uploaded to ImageShack. Click the thumbnails to view full size images. Then simply right-click to download or copy to clipboard, and paste the image into your PSD.

I also have a couple of template I give out in my clothing class. Included are Jinny's templates. I will try and set up a free copy prim at my store in Waved.

I have put a box containing alpha textures in my (Waved 104,14,21) store. The box contains textures that can be used as alphas for a basic sleeveless blouse/shirt, panties, thong and bra. The thong and bra are the textures provided by Jinny F (sorry I can’t remember her last name) they are from a bikini set she gave out. The panties and blouse template are mine.

Feel free to go and get a free copy. There are two boxes in the back. The red on is the invis heel prima and, the white box the templates. There is also a posing stand. Feel free to copy it too.
