Hi, Well, I really wish to try and make clothes in PSP (7.0) Since english is my second language it´s both a bit hard to understand and explain here, so please bear with me. If I wish to make a top, is this the way to start: 1. File, open Upper_body_template (using those to start with) 2. Layers and New Raster Layer 3. Pick colors and use airbrush, paint the Upper_body_template 4. Save as jpg and upload in the game. It must be harder then this right, so what have I missed? I am a newbie at PSP, but I guess I don´t have to write that. Grateful for any help and tips. Juliah

It needs to be a tga not a jpg. I don't know PSP but I know there are tutorials around. Other people will be able to help you with things such as transparency (alpha channels) in PSP. Yes it really is as simple as painting on a new layer This thread has more help. /109/3d/36848/1.html

Juliah, you will want to save your top as a .tga because just about all clothing uses some kind of alpha channel for transparency. Neck lines, sleeves, etc all look much better if YOU draw a seam rather than using the sliders in your appearance. When you save your .tga, make sure you select 32 bit. If you go with 24 bit, all your transparent sections will end up solid white when you import into Second Life.
Good Luck
