2 seconds on Google led me to this site: http://www.human-anatomy-for-artist.com/free/free_samples.htm as well as thousands more. I just typed in "human anatomy art" and got 16,200,000 returns. Take your pick.

If it's for male skin, then a search for "bodybuilding" and/or "bodybuilder" also yields quite useful results. While these aren't regular looking males, same can be said about what plenty guys in SL seem to be after, looks-wise ;s
