Hey just to let everyone know, grid is getting hosed ATM, I suggest NOT to try and log in, and log out if you can. Seems to be another 'Out of Control' Object named 'Herpes' something... If you find it on your land (if you are still IW) please delete\return! Owner is said to be 'Adohan Zephyr'. Please refrain from personal attacks on the forums as this might of been an accident, we don't know yet, let LL work it out.I'll try and keep a timeline running! I'm really getting fed up with all the crap. Every day I either get knocked offline or knocked out of SL more than once by something coming from LL that is hitting my firewall and now this. This makes how many grid attacks in the last month? I'm about ready to say to hell with it. Enough is enough. It's a shame I have spent over 2000 USD in less than a year on something I can't hardly enjoy because some jerk has to go monkeying around. Grow the hell up!!!!!

Well I certainly hope its not another griefing. Though I'd hope that people would have the sense to test an experimental object or script in the island sandboxes to keep from having it spread all over the grid.
Though I will extend an offer to LL, that given information I will travel and kick this person square in the backside if it turns out to be griefing. They interrupted movie night! I mean come on! Movie night!
I suppose common sense is about as common as free lunch these days.

Whoever is doing is timing it when the weekend is here, since that is when most people try to log in. It is also the time when most transactions happen. I dunno what LL is doing to prevent this, but a routine is developing. With all the press SL is getting, seems more than a flippant griefing, feels like downright sabotage. Anyways, I would love to be in the same room with this turd, I could use a punching bag. |
