From: someone I have nothing against criticising LL when it's warranted, but targetting this particular Linden for just doing her job seems mean spirited and innapropriate. That might be true if my original post was intended to single out the particular Linden who answered. It wasn't; it was just a recent exemplar of a chronic, systemic problem with LL customer support. My apologies to anyone who thought I was pointing at one particular Linden, including any Lindens who thought I was doing so.

Hell even last friday after 5pm PST I sent an email to support and they replied to me withing minutes.
