Anyone found all of Surreal's Cyborg suits yet?

Just curious if anyone has found all of Surreal's Cyborg suits yet.

After 9 hours of looking, and being totally wowed at the build in Chaos, I found 3. The $2k, the $3k, and the $4k. Will be back tomorrow to keep looking for the $1k

Even if you aren't interested in the suit, it is well-worth the effort of thoroughly exploring the sim. Just simply amazing work by all involved!

Heh... don't tell Ferran that it's Surreal's though. 90% of that suit is hers and she is a jealous Goddess.

I was only able to find the $2k one and I swear I looked all over lol. I'm very happy though because I've wanted this forever!

And the sim is just WOW, amazing builds and lots of nifty places! Thanks for making me explore.

Finally after much searching with a couple of others I ran into that were also searching, I found the $1k one!!

Just found them all. Of course I found them in backwards order... but eh, i'm crazy.

I didn't find any! By the sounds of it, you all make the sound like they are different suits, is that right? Also, are they in boxes that look like what the actual product is in when you TP there?

They are all the same suit, just different prices. The boxes all look the same.

Yes, you're correct. When we released the original suit we said we would only do 24. We were insane. Our minds must have been stuck in SL as it was when we started two years ago - small. In a world with close to 10K residents, we should have picked a higher percentage.

Since the suit has been heavily used in promo shots, etc., we have had been asked non-stopped asked to re-release it. Some of those discussions were in the forums. We decided to do so. Ferran was able to contact most of the previous purchasers and ask them if they had an issue with this. We want to keep this suit rare... hence the limited time it will be available and the fact that it will be no transfer. Rare as in a couple of hundred rare.

The original suits are transferable. If any original purchaser is unhappy about our re-releasing this, we will be happy to refund their purchase price... regardless of the cachet of having had a VERY rare item for 6 months. We will be happy to apologize for having made an initial poor business decision at the same time.

The 1k vendor just got moved, apparantly because someone was handing out LM's.

I thought I spied the $2k through a window, but when I went to look for a legitimate way into the building/shipthing (instead of using the camera angles to get in) it was gone.

There were other avatars around, were the vendors one time use only?

However, it was amazing to see all the crazy work that went into that sim. There's so much there it would take forever to explore it all, which means I must of course do so eventually!

That is really sad to hear Yumi. Most of the actual fun was looking around the sim, and being amazed at the builds. Getting the $1k one at the end was just an added bonus.

It is sad that whatever it is, some people have to cheat. And also by doing that, they lessened the enjoyment of the hunt for those they gave LM's to.

I've found all but the 1k. To be honest, I don't even particularly want the suit... but playing hide and seek in a build like Chaos is fun!

I found the 2k, am looking for the 1k, but I am happy now because I found the niftiest little place as a result of getting lost underground.

If you can find it, the Atomic Cafe is very cool, especially if you've seen the documentary of the same name.

Im glad people are enjoying the build, that's part of the idea of the hunt. Im enjoying the fact you guys are all blown away by the build.

Giving away the location of the 1k box is really cheating everyone out of exploring the build there, I don't mind since I agreed to set the price there for one of the boxes, but in the spirit of things I do want people to explore.

I figure, that so much time went into building the sim that it wouldn't hurt you guys to explore it a bit, and the reward for the search is a 4k discount, not bad I think.

Perhaps I will do this with other products in Chaos as well... But, trust me... no more limited edition after this, It's not worth it because not everyone will ever be happy, but hopefully this will alleviate some of the IMs asking about the suit =]

I am SOSOSOSO glad i was able to get one yesterday. I almost cried when I couldn't get one when they were available before because I was at work. I'm Hap Hap Happy!

Choas has to be the most awesomest place in SL. All of the hidden areas and such is too much awesome for one sim.

Yep, I don't mind paying 5k for this outfit, I love it! Even though I didn't find any, I wouldn't like the LMs because that would ruin the fun.

Hi Sansarya Yes I did finally

I got up before dawn this morning and resumed the hunt, still took me another hour or so. Teamed up with two others I ran into on the same hunt, and we systematically combed all the places we were not sure we had done. One of whom also bought it, the other was along for the fun.

Found another couple of hidden places that I had not seen yesterday. Still not sure I have seen everything even after approximately 11 hours of looking around the sim.

My congratulations and thanks to all those that made such a fun 11 hours well worth it.

Dangs - when I found them, I got some for other people, then realised they were no-transfer. My fault for not reading the notecard properly I guess..
