Same here, Neualtenburg is very easy on the eyes, if constantly vacant.

Not constantly, although a significant percentage of the population is European, so the problem is we aren't all on at the same time.

I have an idea! Anytime one of us sees something we consider ugly in SL, we should start a thread about it! It's just that important!

is ugly as sin....

having read so much about it and then seing it.. I cant help but be let down... so SO many flickering textures... seriosly.. whats the big deal with it?

I just KNOW i'll get ignored/pwned for this... but it has to be said.

You may have been welcomed with open arms had you phrased your question in a way less insulting...for example. (Results of posted example are in no way guaranteed of a serious response)

“What is the historical significance of the Neualtenburg build? It seems to gather a lot of attention within SL and on the forums but I don't truly understand why it gathers so much attention. Can someone please help me to understand?"

Well, I was kinda hoping to use it for my underwater Bavarian city project, but I guess you can have it.

This is kind of a wacky idea, but is it possible to get the seal level temporarily changed in a sim?

We could sink the whole place under forty fathoms of sea water and have "Amphibavaria" days in Neualtenburg! A temporary sunken bavarian wonderland. :D

I wonder how the gas mileage will be on my Neuspa if it is operating underwater. Better yet, will that void my warranty?

I for one like N'berg always have always will its an attractive bavarian village and fairly well done.

Oh and Richie old son, for the record, if you want to see my build, so you know I speak with at least a small amount of authority on Rl re-creations in Sl, I point you to the Dublin Sim. I think my credentials back my opinion. And umm richie where are the pics of those builds of yours, still waiting hoss.

N'Burg looks like an ENORMOUS work in-progress to me.

If you build (and you do. Nice work, btw) and don't understand how recreating a sim from an ideal with serveral different people contributing to the project and constantly changing things where the ideal is always in a flux, then I can't help you.

The enormanty of N'Burg is the detail. Yes, it needs work yet, but if you look AT the detail, you will see countless workhours invovled.

What's up with this? Every prim on Dublin was made by Shukran Fahid, owner Shukran Fahid, and theland is owner Ham Rambler.

very simple as shukran told you himself, and yes i have the text of the conversation, Shukran and I are a team, in-fact there are 10 of us, we are company called Infinite Vision Media and we build sims and do events and all the things companies like ESC do. All the building of the sim was done by Shuk, anyone who knows me or has read my profile or any post I have ever done knows that I clearly state in all cases I am the project manager of Dublin sim. Those who know me know I clearly state I cant rez a prim witohut the grid being exploded. I have always given , and always will give my partner Shuk credit for Dublin the build, he's the best builder in Sl bar none.

The fact that you have posted this after your convo with shuk, in which you tried to besmerch my name by telling him people dont want to deal with me, makes us both wonder who's alt you are. So tell me, which company do you really represent, are our competitors that nervous? Please be aware we have all read the text of your convo and are laughing at you, you only succeeded in making us a tighter unit
