I have a life... that's the problem. Back in 2003 I was in SL like 16 hours a day sometimes, LOL
Nowadays SL is so densely populated and full of textures, it eats a lot more bandwidth. If only I had a better internet connection so I could actually explore the damn world and TP between various people. _____________________

I reeeely look forward to moving to the city where I will have a choice of providers. Right now I am charged by the Megabyte which means I pay about four to six times what other North Americans pay for high speed internet. Monopolies are evil. _____________________

Japanese anime titling rule applies here: no matter how wildly exaggerated or silly the name sounds at first, keep using it with confidence and you'll break on through. Not that I find Second Life to be a silly name--quite the converse, actually.
However, I too have heard those digs about "Heh heh heh, what do you get a Second Life for? Get a First one!" XD But, then again... "Internet? Why not go out of the net! Hur hur hur!" or "World Wide Web? You need to untangle yourself, ehehehee!". What I'm ultimately more interested in, is how it translates to other languages. _____________________

Same here Persey - I get 3 gigs for "free", or rather, included with my 35 EUR / month fee. Divide that by 30 days and it's only 100 megs per day. Which is insane for SL needs. When I was working for Bedazzle I didn't really leave the sim I was working on so it didn't eat my bandwidth... now it's horrible. _____________________
