one more thing..
pay vendors do not have to pay 100% of the proceeds to one person, for group projects or for an area where the people involved agree to allow some amount to go to help pay the land (like luskwood) you can have all that happen automatically at each purchase, instead of having to wait till the end of each month and 'run numbers' etc
