Please put forward your nominations for the best forum poster of 2005.. After the nomination period, an experienced panel of judges (me and Willow if I can get hold of her), will narrow it down to 10 and start a new thread with a vote! The winner will win the "best forum poster of 2005" trophy, which as of yet, isn't made.. And of which there will only be 2 copies, in my inventory, and the winners. Please submit thread a name with why you think they should be named best poster of 2005. *Edit to mention "best" reffers to whatever you think of as best.. Funniest, best ideas, best discusion etc.. Also see Nominate the Best Thread of 2005!

I nominate Jeska because she has to deal with this chemical imbalanced, cat fight we call the forums on a daily basis.

I nominate Prokofy Neva! Even though he has been silenced in these forums by Linden Labs, he was still the best poster of 2005 here!

From: katykiwi Moonflower It has to be Prokofy Neva! I third this (after Hank and katy). You may love him or hate him, you may agree with his forum banning or think he got a raw deal; however you feel about him personally or about his forum warrior tactics, Prokofy definitely had a huge effect on SL forums in 2005.

*blush* Crucial *hugs* My vote would be for Torley Torgeson... Prok drove me away from SL in 2005... People like Torley kept me still reading the forums and kept me in hope for SL and for the kind of person I could still be even while speaking my mind. I will not praise a sickness when I can worship a goddess.

either Enabran Templar or Cristiano midnight.
both have a tendency to cut through the bullshit in their own ways and keep the forums interesting.

It could have just as easily been one of the following, Jonquille, Siggy, Jillian, Cristiano, Enabran, Ferran, Surreal, Zap (yes YOU!), Willow, Torley, and so forth and so on...
I don't, however, cast votes for anyone who flogs the same tired horse for months on end, saying the same thing ad infinitum, by simply changing the order or wording slightly, or inventing a new label/acronym once in a while.

From: DogSpot Boxer Do we really need a popularity contest here? Sowwy.. I really didn't see it like that, first was best thread of 2005, and then someone asked for best troll (lol), and I thought of doing a "best poster" contest.. Just thought it'd be a bit of fun
