Login issues following the 1.10.6 release

We're investigating some issues with the system following opening up the grid after the 1.10.6 release. We have disabled logins temporarily while we investigate the problem.

Quick update - we're making good progress, but we still have some work to do before the issue is resolved.

Logins remain disabled, and we'll post an update as soon as there's additional news.
